Powder Coating Plant

Powder Coating Plants are basically enclosed areas where pigment and resin based dry finishing process is executed to protect treated objects against chemical corrosion, mechanical wear, abrasion and scratch marks. These well furnished coating plants are equipped with continuously movable overhead conveyors for transferring specific goods to coating booth. Those objects are discharged from the booth after uniformly coating these by automated or manual spray guns. Curing oven of these Powder Coating Plants is used to place coated goods on oven for a specific duration to promote melting, polymerization, fusing and curing of applied coating. Offered plants have built in temperature controlling arrangement to maintain precision in coating application process.
